Our Commitment
At Sholrynnwhron, we stand behind the quality of our interior landscaping products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your living wall systems, planters, and installations. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and service adjustments.
Product Returns
For physical products such as planters, containers, and modular wall system components:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Plant Returns
Due to the living nature of plants:
- Plants cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition
- Please inspect all plants upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours
- We will replace plants that arrive damaged at no additional cost
- Plants that decline due to improper care after delivery are not eligible for return
Installation Services
For living wall installations and interior landscaping services:
- Service deposits are non-refundable after design work has commenced
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled installation receive a full refund minus deposit
- Cancellations made within 14 days of installation may be subject to fees for materials already ordered
- If you are unsatisfied with an installation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss adjustments
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our work and offer warranty coverage on structural components, irrigation systems, planters, and plants. Specific warranty terms depend on the product or service and are outlined in your project agreement or at the time of purchase. Please contact us for details applicable to your order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:

- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- Include photographs if reporting damage or defects
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions or resolution options
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for different sizes, colors, or styles subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same timeline as returns. If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photographs of the damage
- Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Shipping costs for damaged item returns are covered by Sholrynnwhron
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-designed or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
